IMPORTANT: Before proceeding with the upgrade, disconnect all external hardware devices, including PC Cards etc.
Note: Before proceeding, ensure that the VAIO computer is operated using the supplied AC adapter.
Note: Save all data/files and close all running programs.

1. Sigma Tel High Definition Audio Driver Download
1. Download the AUD-0601SZ11-ENG.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
Note: HD Audio QFE (KB835221-20040818) should be installed in advance or installation will fail.
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the AUD-0601SZ11-ENG.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. Follow the installation wizard appearing.
4. At the License Agreement dialog, read the agreement. Click I Agree to continue with the installation.Note: Several setup boxes may briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
5. When the installation is completed, please restart the computer.
2. Sony Visual Commincation Camera Driver Download
1. Download the CAM-0601SZ11-ENG.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the CAM-0601SZ11-ENG.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. Follow the installation wizard appearing.

3. Follow the installation wizard appearing.
